The Process:

Our glove experts use a combination of techniques to break in your glove exactly to your preferred feel. We utilize a specialized pneumatic glove break-in machine along with old-fashioned hand work to ensure your glove is broken in exactly how you want it. Finally, we top off the break-in using the best conditioning products from Ball Players Balm to ensure your glove feels soft and protected as you get out on the field.

Getting Started

• Customize how you want the glove formed
• Provide any additional notes to aid in your break-in
• Add your break-in request to the shopping cart and check out

• Within 24 hours of your purchase, expect an email containing your prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions
• Pack your glove following the shipping instructions and send it to our glove experts

• When we receive your glove, our glove experts will break in your glove following your specifications and apply conditioner from Ball Player’s Balm
• Once completed, we will immediately ship your broken-in glove back to you and provide you with tracking information
• Open up your broken-in glove and get on the field!
