Nokona products are fully guaranteed for 1 year against defective workmanship and material – when used for the purposes intended under normal conditions, and provided it receives proper care. *This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, or from normal wear and tear.
RETURNS - To request a return, please contact us at info@nokona.com, or call 1-800-433-0957. You will be given a Return Authorization Number, and instructions on how to return your product to us. You will be required to provide a Proof of Purchase. Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it, and determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate. We will do our best to ensure you are satisfied!
CUSTOM NOKONA PRODUCTS - We hope you had fun designing your own custom Nokona! Please review your order carefully, as all Custom and Personalized gloves are final sale. Please note that due to pattern specifications, our online Custom Glove Configurator displays a close approximation of the glove that will be handcrafted just for you. There may be slight variations in the actual glove, such as seams sewn in a different area – this will not affect the performance or overall look of the glove.
